Shipping, Returns and Privacy
Your order should arrive within 3 to 7 days after you place it. Orders are shipped via Fed Ex and take 1-2 days to process and up to 5 business days to be delivered.
City Mouse accepts returns up to 3 weeks after our original ship date. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. We not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to refund your credit card upon receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.
